Next to a pencil (and not even a brand new one) for scale:

When I ordered the 5×7 pastelbord, I didn’t realize it came in packs of three. I ordered what I thought was two, so got six. I like this small form factor and how it allows me to focus just on the face without the face being monstrously huge. Expect a few more close-in pieces like this one, I think.

A new one of my daughter … I’ve not decided on a title as yet.

This is my second start on this – the first was on Wallis pastel paper, which I quickly came to dislike. It chewed up the pencils and didn’t layer well at all. If you like it, ping me with your address and I’ll mail the the rest of the pad to you.
