If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be drawing it…and because of him I haven’t the time (or energy) to work on it. 
Perhaps by this time next week I’ll have it finished, hehe.

Awwww ….. love the hat. He’s a real cutie!! Yes, go take care of your gorgeous baby first. That’s more important! You’ll have to learn to draw when he’s napping.

This is a fabulous portrait and I’m impressed that you could summon up the wherewithall to do it with a tiny infant around!
